Responsibilities

  • Personalizing teaching techniques to cater to individual learning styles and abilities, ensuring a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Equipping students with effective strategies and shortcuts to solve aptitude and reasoning questions efficiently.
  • Monitoring and tracking students' performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing targeted interventions to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest aptitude and reasoning trends, exam patterns, and industry requirements to continuously update the curriculum.
  • Collaborating with other faculty members to create a cohesive and interdisciplinary learning experience for students.

Requirements

    • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field or a strong academic background in aptitude and reasoning subjects.
    • Proven experience as an Aptitude and Reasoning Faculty or relevant teaching roles, showcasing a track record of successful student outcomes.
    • Proficiency in designing and delivering effective teaching materials, assessments, and practice exercises.
    • Excellent understanding of various aptitude and reasoning assessment patterns, including those in competitive exams.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
    • Patience, adaptability, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
